So you have managed to climb HVS or beyond and want to move ever upwards through the grades, but something is holding you back, but what? That is where the Performance Rock Climbing Course comes in. The essence of this course is helping you to answer that question of what's holding you back, by looking at your specific needs, whether it be technique, tactics or a mental block. Together we will find those weaknesses and hand pick routes and challenges to help you find a way through to the success you want.

These perfromance rock climbing coaching courses are aimed at those already climbing to a reasonable level, although grade need not be an issue as we could all do with a bit of a personal coaching to help our climbing. We will help you identify a few of the weaknesses in your rock climbing and through coaching you in movement techniques on boulders and through picking specific routes help you to work on those weaknesses and gain a new level of confidence in you rock climbing so you can go on an perform to a level you desire.

The reason that you should book this performance rock climbing course with Snowdonia Mountain Guides is that its lead coach and instructor Mark Reeves, has over 13 years experience of teaching people to climb in Snowdonia, North Wales. What this means is that he has an almost encyclopaedic knowledge of the classic routes, and can therefore pick just the right routes for you to work on your specific weaknesses, and help you focus on growing and developing you climbing to the next level.

1 to 1 ratio £140 per day - private guiding/coaching

1 to 2 ratio £160 per day - private guiding/coaching

1 to 3 ratio £200 per day - private guiding/coaching

1 to 4 ratio £240 per day - private guiding/coaching

2 day course £250 per person

5 day course £500 per person
